How the course will help you

When you have tried unsuccessfully to lose weight and keep it off, ask yourself why. Is it because of mental or emotional blocks that stand in your way?

This course will help you overcome those mental or emotional blocks. I’m a Clinical Psychologist and an expert in the psychology of eating, appetite and weight loss. I created the course using behavioural science and applied psychology, so you can benefit from all that knowledge, in a way that is easy-to-follow.

The course is pre-recorded so you can work through it at your own pace, and with lifetime access, you can keep returning to the content whenever you wish.

Here’s what we cover:

 

Module 1:

How to change how you eat

This module explains why you eat as you do, and shows how to liberate yourself from restrictive dieting and return to eating in tune with your body. I give you proven exercises to help maintain your motivation and strengthen your ‘willpower’.


Module 2:

How to eat in tune with your body and mind

In module 2 I teach you some key facts about your appetite system, that will empower you to feel more in control around food. I show you how to use proven strategies to stop eating when you’re just full, and how to wait to eat until you’re just hungry.


Module 3:

How to overcome food cravings

Food cravings can derail your eating, and leave you feeling out of control around food. This module explains the psychology of cravings and gives you proven techniques to overcome them.


Module 4:

How to reduce Emotional Eating

Emotional eating is a problem for most people I’ve worked with, and with this course, you will learn how to reduce your reliance on food to deal with difficult feelings. You’ll understand the psychology of emotions, and how to regulate them without food. This is empowering for weight loss, and also more generally in life.
